If large volumes of water are dispensed from your Refill Station at one time, you may occasionally see a message displayed on the LCD screen that says, "Purifying More FloWater, This May Take Some Time."
This message indicates that before the Refill Station is able to dispense more FloWater, you will need to wait while the filters and purification system inside works to refill the dispense tank.
If you notice this message for more than 45 minutes, and your Refill Station is not dispensing water, there may be an issue with your water source being shut off at one of the shutoff valves. Follow the below steps to ensure that the water shut off valves are in the "ON" position.
- Shut off valve #1 is located directly behind the Refill Station. Check to ensure the blue toggle switch is positioned in the "ON" position so that the handle is parallel to the blue water line. In the drawing below, the shut-off valve is shown in the "OFF" position
- Shut off valve #2 is located where the blue line is connected to the water source, often under a sink or at a utility box. Check to ensure the blue toggle switch is positioned in the "ON" position, so that the handle is parallel to the blue water line. In the drawing below, the shut-off valve is shown to the right of the blue water line in the "ON" position.
If you have confirmed that the shut-off vales are all in the "ON" position, and that your source water is turned on, and the issue persists, contact the FloWater Support team to arrange a service visit with a certified FloWater Technician.
