A: Your FloWater Classic ships within 3–8 business days of your order. You'll get tracking information by email when it ships, and a signature is required on delivery.

It arrives by freight, on a pallet. The driver will bring the pallet into your garage where the driveway allows — if the approach is too steep or too narrow for the truck, it's left at the curb.

Crated, it weighs about 185 lbs. You'll need a dolly to move it from where the driver leaves it, and most people will want a second pair of hands. Once it's inside, keep it indoors — a garage or interior room is fine. It shouldn't be left outside.
