A: We handle it. One flat rate of $500 a year, and that covers everything:

• Your new filters
• Shipping
• A certified FloWater technician to fit them
• A full preventive maintenance check while they're there

No hourly billing, no surprise invoice, nothing for you to arrange or research. About a month before your filters are due, we'll reach out to get it scheduled.

The maintenance check is the part most people don't expect. While your technician has the Refill Station open, they go through the whole system — connections, pressure, seals, dispense — so the small things get caught before they turn into repairs. It's the difference between replacing a filter and knowing the whole thing is right for another year.

Filters and the annual service are a yearly cost and aren't included in the purchase price.
