A: Your FloWater Essential is covered for one year. During that year, parts are covered on any repair — labor is billed at $200/hour, one-hour minimum.

A few things fall outside coverage: damage from rodents or weather, anything other than water poured down the drain, vandalism, or a repair needed because a filter replacement was missed. Keep it indoors and stay on the filter schedule and you won’t run into any of it.

After the first year, repairs through FloWater are billed at labor plus parts. If you use your own plumber, their labor is your cost.
