Power cycle + flush. Follow our quick step-by-step flush routine to get your Refill Station back in action. If it’s been powered off for a while, reach out and we’ll help.

In order to ensure your Refill Station is working properly, after a prolonged period of inactivity, you should follow the guidelines below completely before the Refill Station is used for hydration.

Flush/Sanitize Round 1

• Dispense water for 20 seconds
• Wait at least 10 minutes
• Unplug the Refill Station
• Plug Refill Station back in
• Wait at least 10 minutes

Flush/Sanitize Round 2

• Dispense water for 20 seconds
• Wait at least 10 minutes
• Unplug the Refill Station
• Plug Refill Station back in
• Wait at least 15 minutes
