As the filters in our Refill Stations have a maximum 1-year life span, a filter change will be needed at least once per year to ensure that the dispensed water is purified to FloWater's high standards. Depending on the amount of use and quality of your source water, more than 1 filter change per year may be required. If your Refill Station needs a filter change performed prior to 1 year, the LCD screen will display the following:

“Filter Change Needed in 2-3 Weeks...”

Note that the "Filter Change Needed" notification is set to provide a warning with up to 4 weeks of life left in the filters so there is no harm in continuing to enjoy FloWater until you are able to have the filters changed.
