FloWater Refill Stations are built to only drain water and if anything else is poured down the drain (protein shakes, smoothies, etc.), a drain clog may result.
The good news is if you or another person on-site is able to try the few simple procedures below, you may be able to avoid the cost of having a technician come out to fix the issue, which usually isn't something that is covered under warranty.
1. Cleaning the catchment area, mesh and tray (1-2 minutes)
2. Cleaning the rear in-line drain screen (5-10 minutes)
