FloWater invoices for one-time charges list each item. The most common are:
- Filter replacement: the cost of the filters for your annual filter change
- Service calls that aren't covered by your agreement, such as clearing a clogged drain
- Upgrades and parts, such as a foot pedal
- Delivery and installation for a new Refill Station
- Sales tax where it applies
