The agreement can be transferred to the new owner. Email support@drinkflowater.com with:
- The date of transfer
- The new owner's business name, contact name, email and phone
- The new billing address
There is a $150 transfer fee. If the Refill Station hasn't had a filter change in the past 9 months, one will be scheduled as part of the transfer. Until the transfer is complete, the original account holder remains responsible for invoices.
